Poster Contest

Create an Earth Day poster with this year’s theme, “Woods, Water and Wheels: Nature, Get Out and Love It!”
There are four age categories PreK-2, 3-5, 6-8 and 9-12 grades and there will be a winner from each. Posters need to be at least 8”x11”, but can be larger. Entries must be dropped off to the Ludington Area Center for the Arts by March 30, no later than 4 pm.
A panel will vote on the finalists and those posters will be displayed from 5-7 pm, April 5 in LACA’s Main Gallery. The public will be invited to come and vote for the four winning posters that evening.
Winners will receive a prize from LACA and AFFEW, which will be relayed at a later date and their poster will be displayed during the Earth Day event from 9-5 pm, Saturday, April 21 at the United Methodist Church in Ludington.
Remember to use this year’s theme as your inspiration.
Please include name and contact information on the back of your poster.
