Uniformity to Diversity in Food:
From Uniformity to Diversity in the Food System - this presentation will describe dominant food system trends towards uniformity and their impacts, with a focus on ownership, production, ingredients and breeds/seeds.
It will also examine much smaller, but growing counter-trends toward diversity, and how we can strengthen these efforts.
